Dr. Park never planned to build a franchise. He just saw a problem that needed a solution.
After dental school, Dr. Park and his wife (both dentists) were buried in debt. Like many dentists, they worked long hours with no clear path to financial freedom. He knew there had to be a smarter, faster way.
He opened his first Clear Lakes Dental clinic and discovered a better approach. Through trial and improvement, he perfected a system that makes ownership simple, profitable, and life-changing.
Now his mission is to help other dentists do the same. Clear Lakes Dental gives associate dentists a clear, supported path to owning a thriving practice while keeping control, autonomy, and the freedom to focus on what they love—dentistry and their patients.

When I joined Clear Lakes Dental right out of school, ownership wasn’t even on my radar. I started as an associate, just focused on learning and growing. Then Dr. Park asked if I’d ever considered owning a practice. After we talked through the logistics, options, and transition process, I realized it was possible, and I became an owner just 8 months after graduating. Since then, I’ve bought my second CLD clinic. I now own two locations.
